What is Yutsubo congee?
“Shio” is salt in Japanese, and Shiota onsen is thus a hot spring with salt to heal. digestive diseases and neuralgia.
It has been a drinkable hot spring since the past, and that’s how Yutsubo congee was invented. We are pleased to carry on such old traditions with natural tastes without any additives.
